Who We Are

Kathie Seedroff left the corporate world after 30 years to practice what she preaches - "Simplify…Let it Go…Less is More" and to empower others to do the same. From her education and life experiences, she brings to her clients an extensive background in prioritizing, organizing, and simplifying. She encourages her clients to eliminate the clutter - from body, heart, mind and spirit - and simply enjoy the life they imagine. As the "soul proprietor" of Simplified Interiors, she challenges her clients, through consultations, classes, and coaching, to identify what brings them joy and meaning, and then using the principles of Feng Shui, designs an environment to achieve and support their goals and desires.

Kathie has a Master's of Applied Communication and Training from the University of Denver. She loves teaching and also learning from her students. She has taught at

the college level and for the past several years offered classes through community and adult education programs. In addition to teaching the Simplified Interiors Feng Shui certification program, she also teaches "Conquering Clutter and Paper Too!" at Arapahoe Community College. As one of an elite group of professionals called Certified Practitioners of Interior Alignment (granted by Denise Linn), Kathie shares the benefits and power of Feng Shui with her clients. In 2002, she continued her education with Denise and completed her coursework as a Certified Soul Coach.

Since her certification she has studied with Karen Kingston and Roger Greene to broaden her expertise and to provide value and insight to those ready to connect more deeply with themselves on a soul level.

According to the teachings of James Wanless, Ph.D., author and creator of Voyager Tarot: Way of the Great Oracle, Kathie carries the life card of the Hierophant. The Hierophant symbolizes the law of life mastery. "The Buddha's bare feet on the ground symbolize that the path to enlightenment is through the lessons of this earthly plane. Like the Buddha, you are a sage who has already mastered many tests. You are a guiding hand, a teacher of others. Like the elephant, you can clear the way for others. You are an enlightener like Venus, the morning and evening star."
