SimplifiedInteriors.com offers to its customers the option of SHIPPING info.

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) Your credit card will be charged once you place your order. Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes and FPO/APO addresses. Sorry but at this time we do not ship out of the US.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any item(s) you receive, you may return the item(s) as long as it is in its original, unopened condition within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (sorry, no CASH refunds). There are no exchanges or refunds on any items that have been used or don't have their original packaging. Please note that the shipping fee is non refundable unless it is our error in shipping.

1. Submit the original invoice in return package. Be sure you retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post. Be aware that return shipping fees are not refundable.
